The GICC's food and beverage service is operated by Atlanta's premier caterer, Proof of the Pudding. At the GICC, we take our food seriously, offering our clients and guests fine restaurant quality in great variety, from down-home barbecues to international fare of roasted meats, cheeses and gilt chocolate truffles. All are prepared with panache, from sumptuous fruits to exquisite desserts.

The GICC's Culinary Arts Center is a 9,800-sq. ft. facility equipped to enable Chef Delroy Bowen and his team to create gourmet meals for thousands. A tasting room with a view of the kitchen invites event organizers with qualifying events to sample and choose foods and customized menus. A service corridor and a series of blackout corners from ballroom to kitchen allow for efficient delivery and service as excellent as the food.

Catering quality extends to every aspect of foodservice at the GICC, including concession menus and such unique services as special orders from exhibit hall booths.
